Each duplex has a detached Boy’s quarters. Each BQ comprises of 2 en-suite bedrooms. The two bedrooms have separate entrances to allow for separate occupants. One of the bedrooms has attached to it a sitting room, kitchen and a Store. Each BQ is a full bungalow on its own.

Description of Project

  1. The building has a combination of strip and pad foundation
  2. Frame is of reinforced concrete beams and columns
  3. The first-floor slabs (decking) is reinforced with 12mm and 16mm TMT Tiger rods
  4. Walls, both internal and external, are of sandcrete block walls
  5. The roof is of the best quality available in roofing technology, Gerald roofing materials, supplied and installed directly by Wichtech Company
  6. All the conduit mechanicals and electrical used top range pipes and pvcs, including for ACs. Floor finishes is a combination of marbles and Italian/Spanish tiles
  7. Normal plastering was followed with cement bond screeding
  8. The railings are of stainless steel
  9. It comprises of POP ceiling; casement windows, with standard tower frame; well finished panel doors, with top-range security doors on all exits. All doors are fire-proof

Please note

  4. There are conduit pipings ready for modern CCTV. All security cameras will be in place and operational
  5. We will provide the connections and base for the Power Generator, but the client will buy the generator of their choice; The buildings will be connected to the normal power source though
  6. There are separate gates and gate houses to each duplex. The two duplexes are designed for possible complete separation from each other
  7. Each duplex has it own borehole. The water tank tower is made of high quality H-beam and checker plate. There is one water tank to each of the duplexes and another separate one for each BQ
